OUR GRAND OPENING IS HERE!
We are thrilled to announce the grand opening of Fermentation Farm's second location in San Juan Capistrano on Friday, November 8th! We'll open our doors at 10 AM with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony at noon with the San Juan Capistrano Chamber of Commerce.

At our new San Juan Capistrano location, you’ll find all the same local, organic, and house-made probiotic-rich products and our full restaurant menu that you love from Costa Mesa. We’re so grateful for your patience during this journey and can’t wait to finally welcome you in!

THANKSGIVING ORDERING HAS BEGUN!
It's that time of year again! We've once again partnered with our friends over at Buy Ranch Direct and will be offering their turkeys as special order items for a limited time! These delicious, heritage-breed turkeys are fully pasture-raised without any hormones or antibiotics. 

We've added the turkeys to our WEBSITE so that you can pay a PARTIAL AMOUNT (about half) in order to reserve the item(s) you would like. You will be required to pay the remainder of the payment when you arrive to pick-up your order. The remaining amount will be based on the final weight. Pick-up dates are set for Friday, November 22nd and Saturday, November 23rd at our Costa Mesa or San Juan Capistrano locations and the items will arrive FULLY FROZEN. Please note that this PARTIAL AMOUNT is non-refundable and if you do not pick-up your order on one of these days, you will forfeit your order.

It’s officially chili weather, and we’re proud to share that our Grass-Fed Beef Chili has been featured in @yelpoc’s Top Spots for Chili in Orange County! Check it our HERE. 🍲

Yelp says: “Their grass-fed beef chili is one of their popular dishes. They’re known for putting health first and specializing in handcrafted fermented food and drinks.” 💪

Our chili is made with grass-fed, grass-finished beef, simmered with fresh veggies in a nutrient-rich beef broth, and can be topped with raw cheddar, sour cream, or fresh herbs like cilantro and scallions—your choice!
🌿FERMENTATION FARM ACRES🌿
Our Green Cabbage and Napa Cabbage sprouts are getting bigger and stronger every day! It’s amazing to see how much they’ve grown since we first planted them. Both varieties are coming along beautifully, and the next exciting step will be transferring them from the greenhouse into the soil. Soon, they’ll be thriving in the field, getting even closer to becoming the delicious sauerkraut and kimchi you love.

We’ve also been getting our hands dirty and preparing the fields for planting! Using the tractor, we’ve created rows that are 28 inches wide with about a foot in between—perfect for walking without compacting the soil where our crops will grow. Each row is filled with a rich mix of native soil and locally sourced certified compost, which has been thoroughly tested for quality. With the dry weather, we’re also hydrating the soil, ensuring it’s ready for planting.
