MENU UPDATES COMING JUNE 1ST!
We are thrilled to announce some fantastic updates to our menu starting June 1st.
First, we’re welcoming two new seasonal soups to our lineup. The Vegan Tomato Basil Soup will replace our Vegan Roasted Garlic & Cauliflower Soup, and the Sweet Potato Soup will take over for our Split Pea & Ham Soup. Both are packed with flavor and nutrition to keep you satisfied.
By popular demand, our delicious Grass-Fed Beef Dip will now be a permanent fixture on our menu! This hearty dish has become a favorite, and we’re excited to offer it every day.
We’re also introducing two new flatbreads, available from 3pm to 7pm daily. The Bacon Chicken Ranch Flatbread features a sprouted almond pesto sauce, grass-fed mozzarella, pasture-raised grilled chicken and bacon, topped with a kefir ranch drizzle. Our kombucha menu is getting a seasonal refresh as well. Orange Creamsicle and Raspberry will be taking over for Ginger Berry and Passion Fruit. For jun lovers, we’re reintroducing Blackberry Mint, which will replace Blueberry Hibiscus. And for our fermented soda fans, we’re excited to offer our Dr. Mason, replacing Root Beer.

SOURDOUGH GROWTHFLATION!
Our sourdough bakery wizards have been hard at work to bring you something special! We are now baking larger long-fermented sourdough bread loaves for our restaurant to make your favorite sandwiches bigger and more satisfying—all without changing the price!
These larger, double-loaves will be used exclusively in our restaurant and our classic sourdough loaves will still be available for purchase in our retail shop.

We’re thrilled to announce the arrival of AWG Bakery's Everyday and Everything Bagels in our retail shop! Crafted with care and passion, these bagels are not only a delicious treat but also align perfectly with a health-conscious lifestyle.
These bagels are made with high-quality ingredients like organic arrowroot flour, almond flour, coconut flour, and enhanced with unique additions like chia seeds and apple cider vinegar. Each variety brings its own special flair such as the Everything Bagels which are sprinkled with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, garlic, and onion for that classic savory taste.
Every bagel is 3" round by 1" high, comes in a pack of five, and is perfect for toasting. Toasting not only enhances their flavor but also brings out a delightful texture—crispy on the edges and soft inside. Remember, they don’t come sliced, so you can cut them to your preferred thickness.

SPOTLIGHT: GRASS-FED BEEF DIP
Our Grass-Fed Beef Dip features tender, grass-fed grass-finished beef on a crispy sourdough baguette, complemented by our tangy house-made fermented coleslaw.
The sourdough baguette is made by our local friends over at Rye Goods and the grass-fed grass-finished beef is from local meat heroes Buy Ranch Direct. We've added a unique twist with our house-made fermented coleslaw, crafted from our house kraut, plain kraut, carrots, onion, and avocado mayo. The sandwich is served with a side of our rich beef bone broth au jus for dipping, creating an unforgettable flavor experience.
WHAT IS FERMENTED BRINE?
We often get asked what FERMENTED BRINE is... well, let us break it down for you!
We ferment our veggies like Sliced Beets, Garlic Kraut, and Napa Cabbage Kimchi, for 5-7 days. In that time, the beneficial bacteria breaks down the vegetables to unlock nutrients and create a home for themselves. The liquid that remains when the fermented veggie is ready to be jarred is the fermented brine. It contains beneficial bacteria, enzymes, vitamins, and minerals, kind of like a probiotic electrolyte drink! And it is actually easier for the body to digest too! So, if you have a sensitive digestive system but still want to consume probiotic-rich foods and drinks, this is a great place to start. We have different brine options each week so there is always a new one to try!
