We wanted to offer the ability to purchase a Lifetime Membership, a $50 or $100 Gift Card, or even a Class Gift Card for your favorite fermented foodie! Since we mail these out, you have the option to have the gift mailed to you or directly to your recipient. Remember, we don't currently ship our products, so these Gift Cards must be used at our shop in Costa Mesa, CA.

- Provide FREE talks where we will bring in local experts to share their knowledge and insights
- Train our staff to be KNOWLEDGEABLE about each product so they can spend additional time with you and answer any questions you may have
