Join Kelly Solorzano of Live Well This Life as she shows us how to transform traditional treats into gluten-free, grain-free, and sprouted goodies. Kelly has a method of taking traditional recipes and replacing highly refined flours and sweeteners with nutrient-dense ingredients that fit into a healthy lifestyle. She will demonstrate how to incorporate sprouted flours and gluten-free flours like coconut flour, almond flour, pumpkin seed flour, and arrowroot flour without compromising the texture and taste! Light refreshments will be served.
