New to the world of fermentation? This class will be a great introduction to fermentation and traditional, handcrafted foods. We'll pull out a large selection of our products for sampling including our fermented veggies, kombucha, yogurt, and bone broth! We'll cover the following topics followed by a Q&A session:

- What is fermentation?
- The difference between fermenting, pickling and culturing
- What foods you may already be eating that are fermented
- How to incorporate fermented foods and drinks into your diet
