Join Brad Hill, founder of Cookuary, as he shows us how to plan, shop, and execute a successful healthy meal plan that fits into a busy schedule. Focusing on fresh local ingredients, Brad has developed his own methods for cooking in bulk, creating variety, and building healthy balanced meals that contain tons of vital nutrients. Cooking demos and recipes will include homemade mayonnaise, zucchini and squash noodles, ceviche, taro chip pizzas, bacon-egg potato salad, and his own dairy-free coconut cream custard recipe that is to die for! All recipes are gluten-free! Light refreshments will be served along with tons of recipes samples :)

Class Fees: $55 includes a bag of taro chips, a coconut custard, and a 2017 Meal Prep Guide with 15 recipes and NEW meal planning templates to take home!

Must be 16 years of age or older

Cookuary is a 30-day challenge dedicated to eating home-cooked meals. No eating out! :)
