Fermenting Veggies 201 - Kimchi Class

Kimchi is a traditional fermented Korean side dish that is taking the world by storm! This class will show you how to make traditional Korean kimchi, our vegan nappa cabbage kimchi, daikon kimchi, and a fresh kimchi. PLUS, we'll show you how to make gochujang, a traditional Korean hot pepper paste. Once you learn the basics of making these wonderfully tangy ferments, there are tons of other varieties you can try as well! Light refreshments will be served.

Class Fees: $40 includes 1 jar of kimchi to take home.
