Join Kelly Solorzano from Live Well this Life, Ice Box Pantry, as she shows us how to transform traditional treats into gluten-free delights. Kelly has a method of taking traditional recipes and altering the ingredients to fit a gluten-free lifestyle. For example, she will demonstrate how to alter wheat flour to gluten-free flours like coconut flour, almond flour, pumpkin seed flour and arrowroot flour. Light refreshments will be served.
